What to Expect

The Claymore mentorship program is a six-month commitment rooted in faith, service, and intentional relationship. Leaders meet with their disciple weekly and participate in periodic group formation sessions.

You do not need to have all the answers. You simply need to be willing to listen, share your own journey, and show up consistently.

How much time is required?

Leaders typically meet with their disciple once a week for about an hour, plus occasional group gatherings. The program runs for six months.

What does the matching process look like?

After your application is reviewed, our team will match you with a disciple based on shared interests, availability, and goals. You will be introduced before the program officially begins.

Is there ongoing support for leaders?

Yes. Leaders receive initial training, access to a resource library, and regular check-ins with program coordinators throughout the mentorship period.
